My site is in English, so it translates everything to the other languages I've selected (flags displayed) on the front. When others comment in their own language, I usually just copy/paste into google translator and respond back in English...I haven't tested it to see if it's "smart enough" to detect the commentors language and translate that into the other languages as well or if it just assumes all original content is English.
